In-Person Wig Consultation

Service Description

FIRST TIME VISIT EXPECTATIONS First time clients are required to have an in-person consultation with the wig technician. This is to examine your natural hair, take head measurements, discuss any questions or concerns, and to ensure there is a clear understanding of your custom wig order. Please allot 30 minutes to 1 hour for a consultation appointment. If you are unable to commit to the requested time frame, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment to another day. Natural hair must be free of any extensions or hair styles that prevent the hair from laying flat against the scalp. Measurements will not be taken if the hair cannot lay flat. Rescheduling is necessary at that time. * Consultation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and ONLY 50% of fee will go towards your order.*

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24hr notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24hrs will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
